Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026 · Effective: 26 October 2026
Wersja polska: Regulamin
JustPoker is not gambling. It is a free social game for
entertainment only. It offers no real money gambling and no opportunity to
win real money or real prizes of any kind. Virtual chips and game tokens have
no monetary value, cannot be bought, and can never be redeemed, cashed out,
sold, traded or transferred. Practice or success at social casino
gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.
In short
- You must be 18 or older. One account per person.
- Chips are free and worthless outside the game. You cannot buy them and you cannot win anything real.
- AInstein is an artificial intelligence (a neural network), never a person. It always plays under the name AInstein.
- Public tables may include computer-controlled players (bots) with ordinary names that are not labelled as bots. Details in section 5.3.
- The game is funded by rewarded ads you choose to watch, small banner ads, and the optional VIP subscription. There are no pop-up (full-screen) ads. VIP does not remove ads.
- You can cancel VIP at any time in the store. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Zero tolerance for abuse. Every player can block and report any other player.
1. About these Terms and about us
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and
Piotr Nawrocki, Piłsudskiego 98a, [[POSTAL CODE AND CITY]], Poland,
e-mail wolterace@gmail.com, phone
[[PHONE]] ("we", "us"). They cover the JustPoker mobile application (the
"App") and this website (together, the "Service").
These Terms are also the terms and conditions (regulamin)
required by Art. 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
They are available free of charge, before you create an account, at
justholdem.web.app/terms, where
you can read, save and print them at any time.
When you create an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept
these Terms by ticking the boxes on the sign-up screen. We keep a record of
which version you accepted and when. If you do not accept them, do not create
an account or use the Service.
These Terms exist in English and in Polish.
Both versions have the same force. If they differ, the version more favourable
to you applies.
1.1 Words we use
- Chips — virtual play-money used to play hands.
- Game tokens — a second virtual item used to unlock certain game modes and actions (section 6.3).
- VIP — the optional paid subscription (section 8).
- AInstein — our artificial-intelligence opponent (section 5.2).
- Bot — a computer-controlled player on public tables, run by scripted rules (section 5.3).
- Consumer — a natural person using the Service for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. In Poland this also covers a sole trader for whom the contract is not of a professional nature.
2. This is not gambling
- The Service is a simulation of Texas Hold'em poker played with play-money. It does not offer games of chance, card games, betting or slot games for money or prizes within the meaning of the Polish Gambling Act or any similar law.
- Nothing of monetary or material value can be won. We do not and will never buy chips or game tokens back or convert them into money, goods, vouchers, cryptocurrency or anything else of real-world value.
- Chips and game tokens cannot be purchased with money, directly or indirectly.
- Nothing you pay for, and nothing you watch, changes how cards are dealt or how bots and AInstein play (section 5.4).
- If you feel that simulated casino games affect how you feel about real gambling, take a break. Free help is listed on our Support page.
3. Who may play, your account and technical requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. The Service simulates casino gameplay and is not intended for minors. We will close any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.
- Do not use the Service where the law of the place you are in prohibits simulated gambling products.
- You may hold one account. Creating additional accounts — to farm free chips or tokens, to evade a block or suspension, or to manipulate results — is prohibited.
- You sign in with e-mail and password, or with your Google or Apple account. Keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it resulted from a breach of our security. Tell us at once if you suspect someone else is using your account.
- Your nickname must be unique, 3–20 characters long, and use only letters, digits and underscores. It must follow the rules in section 9. You may not use the nickname AInstein or a name that could be mistaken for it — that name belongs to our AI.
3.1 Technical requirements
- A smartphone or tablet running a version of Android or iOS supported by the current version of the App, as shown on its store page.
- A working internet connection. The game cannot be played offline.
- An e-mail address, or a Google or Apple account.
- For this website: an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled.
3.2 Risks of using online services, and what the App stores on your device
Like any online service, using the Service carries general risks such as
phishing, malware or someone taking over your account. Use a strong, unique
password and keep your device updated. We will never ask you for your
password by e-mail or in any other way. The App stores on your device
only what it needs to work — your sign-in session, cached balances and
settings — and the advertising software inside it stores identifiers
described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Your licence to use the Service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to
use the App and the Service for your own private entertainment, on devices you
own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you
downloaded the App from. The App is licensed, not sold.
Everything in the Service — software, artwork, avatars, sounds, names and
logos — belongs to us or our licensors. Some components are used under
third-party licences (for example open-source software and icons such as
Font Awesome, CC BY 4.0). You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer,
decompile, resell, rent, or create derivative works from any part of the
Service, except where the law expressly allows it.
5. How the game works
5.1 Game modes
- Public tables — up to 6 seats, several stake levels, open to all players. The App matches you to a table at the chosen level; the highest level requires a minimum chip balance shown in the App. Public tables may include bots (section 5.3).
- Private tables — you create a table and invite friends with a 4-digit code. Only people who know the code can join. There are no bots and no AInstein at private tables.
- Games against AInstein — you play one-on-one against our AI (section 5.2).
- Custom tables — a private table where the creator sets the starting stack and how the blinds increase, and may choose to add AInstein as a player.
5.2 AInstein — our artificial intelligence
AInstein is not a person. It is an artificial-intelligence
system — a neural network — that plays poker. It always appears
under the name AInstein, so you always know when you are
playing against an AI, as required by Art. 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
- Where it plays: in games against AInstein that you choose to start, and at custom tables whose creator added it. AInstein never sits at public tables or ordinary private tables.
- How it decides: for every decision the neural network estimates how likely each possible action is to be good, and one action is then drawn at random in proportion to those estimates. AInstein therefore does not always play the same way, and it can make mistakes. We do not promise any particular level of skill, and we may update or replace the model.
- What it knows: only what a human in its seat would know — its own two cards, the community cards, the pot, the stack sizes and the betting actions in the hand. It never sees your hidden cards or the deck.
- What it does not know: who you are. The information sent to the AI model contains no name, nickname, e-mail, account identifier, VIP status or spending history. AInstein cannot treat players differently.
- If the AI service is unavailable: if AInstein's model cannot be reached in time, AInstein automatically folds that decision.
- AInstein's result counts for your statistics, missions and avatar progress in the same way as a hand against a person.
5.3 Bots on public tables
Public tables may include bots. Bots are computer-controlled
players run by fixed, scripted rules. They are not AInstein and they do not
learn. They play under ordinary first-name nicknames with standard avatars and
are not separately labelled at the table. When playing at a
public table, assume that any opponent may be a bot.
Bots exist so that you can start playing immediately, even when few people
are online. The current rules are:
- A new public table starts with 2 bots.
- Before each hand the table is topped up: with 1 or 2 human players there are at least 2 bots; with 3 human players at least 1 bot; with 4 or more human players no bots are added.
- When 5 or more seats are taken, bots leave at the end of the current hand, one after another, until fewer than 5 seats are taken or no bots remain.
- A bot that runs out of chips leaves the table. A table with no human players is closed.
How bots play, and what they cannot do:
- Bots decide using only their own cards, the community cards and information visible to everyone at the table. They never see your cards or the deck.
- Bots do not know who you are, whether you are VIP, or whether you have watched ads or paid for anything. They do not cooperate with each other or with any player.
- Bots bring their own chips. Their chips do not come from any player's balance. Chips you win from or lose to a bot are credited or debited exactly as against a person, and count for your statistics and missions.
- Bots have no account. You cannot add them as friends or view their statistics.
- Bots never sit at private tables, custom tables or games against AInstein.
We may change these numbers and rules for the reasons listed in
section 11, and we will update this section when we do.
5.4 Fair dealing
Every hand is shuffled with a cryptographically secure random-number generator.
The cards you receive, and the way bots and AInstein play, do not depend on
whether you are VIP, how many ads you have watched, how long you have played,
or anything you have paid. No player, bot or AInstein can see your hidden
cards during a hand.
5.5 Friends, statistics and what other players see
- At a table, other players see your nickname, avatar, chip stack and actions, and your cards if they are shown at showdown. When you make a new personal best hand, the table is shown your nickname and that hand.
- You can send a friend request to any player whose exact nickname you know. They can accept or reject it, and either of you can remove the other at any time.
- Your statistics — hands played, hands won, heads-up hands, best hand, and playing-style indicators (VPIP, PFR, C-bet, WTSD, aggression factor and aggression frequency) calculated from roughly your last 500 hands — are visible to you, to your friends and to players with active VIP. A player you have blocked cannot view them.
5.6 Missions
Daily, Daily+ and weekly missions reward you with chips for completing a set of
tasks. Tasks can include playing and winning games against AInstein, winning
pots at public tables, creating a custom table, and watching rewarded
ads. Daily missions reset at midnight Polish time and weekly missions
at the end of Sunday Polish time. A reward that is not claimed before the reset
is lost. Missions are optional; you can play every table type without them.
5.7 Avatars
There are 20 avatars. Six are available from the start. The others unlock
automatically when your lifetime statistics reach these thresholds:
Both thresholds must be met. An unlocked avatar stays unlocked. Avatars cannot
be bought and have no monetary value. Bots only use Common avatars. AInstein
uses a Legendary avatar.
5.8 Communication between players
The App has no free-text chat. The only way players can communicate is a fixed
set of 12 emoji that we choose.
6. Virtual chips and game tokens
6.1 They are not money and not property
Chips and game tokens are a limited licence to use a feature of the game. They
are not property, not a currency, not a financial instrument and not an
electronic voucher. They have no value outside the Service. You may not sell,
buy, trade, gift or transfer them, or your account, to anyone. Any attempt to
do so — including offering them for sale outside the Service — is a
serious breach of these Terms.
6.2 How you get chips
Chips are always free. Currently:
- a starting balance when you create an account;
- mission rewards (section 5.6);
- an automatic top-up when your balance falls below a low threshold, at most once every 48 hours;
- a reward for voluntarily watching a rewarded ad to the end: 500 chips (1,000 with VIP) plus 1 game token, at most once every 10 minutes. If no ad is available, you receive a smaller consolation reward of 100 chips instead, and the 10-minute wait starts again;
- chips won at the table.
Chips cannot be purchased.
6.3 Game tokens
Game tokens unlock certain modes and actions. Currently a game against
AInstein costs 1 token (1,000-chip game) or 2 tokens (2,000-chip game),
creating a custom table costs 6 tokens, changing your nickname costs 15
tokens, and a 2-day VIP pass costs 15 tokens. With active VIP, games
against AInstein and custom tables need no tokens.
The VIP pass gives the same benefits as the VIP subscription
for 2 days from purchase; buying another pass while one is active adds 2 days
to it. It does not renew, and because game tokens have no monetary value it
cannot be refunded or exchanged. It cannot be bought while a VIP subscription
is active, since its days would overlap a period you have already paid for.
You receive 1 game token for each rewarded ad you watch to the end, and VIP
players receive 1 token as a daily login bonus. Game tokens cannot be
purchased. Public tables and private tables never cost tokens
and never require you to watch an ad.
6.4 Changes to balances
We may correct chip and token balances that resulted from a bug, a technical
error, an exploit or a breach of these Terms, and we may change the amounts,
prices in tokens and rules described in this section for the reasons listed in
section 11. Because chips and tokens are free and have
no monetary value, no financial compensation is due for such changes. Chips,
tokens and progress are removed when your account is deleted.
7. Advertising
The Service is free to play because it is funded by advertising. We show two
kinds of ads:
- Rewarded ads — videos or other ad formats that you choose to watch in exchange for a reward (section 6). They start only when you tap to watch one.
- Banner ads — small ads at the edge of some screens that do not cover the game.
We do not show full-screen (interstitial) or pop-up ads that interrupt the
game. If we ever decide to introduce another ad format, we will first change
these Terms under section 17.
VIP does not remove ads.
- Ads are delivered by Google AdMob and the advertising networks that work with it. The content of an ad is the responsibility of the advertiser. An ad is not a recommendation from us, and anything you buy or install through an ad is a matter between you and the advertiser.
- We do not accept ads for real-money gambling, and we have configured our advertising partners to exclude that category. If you see an ad that is inappropriate, tell us.
- A rewarded ad gives its reward only when the ad provider confirms you watched it to the end. Closing it early gives no reward.
- You must not use automation, emulators, VPN manipulation or any other trick to generate ad views or clicks, or click ads you are not interested in. This is ad fraud and a serious breach of these Terms.
- How advertising uses your data, and how to refuse personalised ads, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. The VIP subscription
8.1 What VIP gives you
With active VIP you currently get:
- games against AInstein without spending game tokens;
- custom tables without spending game tokens;
- 1,000 chips instead of 500 for each rewarded ad;
- a daily login bonus of 1 game token;
- access to the statistics of every player, for example your opponents at the table, except players who have blocked you.
VIP never grants money or anything redeemable outside the game. It does not
sell chips, does not change how cards are dealt, does not affect how bots or
AInstein play, does not unlock avatars and does not remove ads.
8.2 Price, billing and renewal
- VIP is an auto-renewing subscription. The price is currently $4.99 per month. In other currencies the price is set by Google Play or the App Store and may differ slightly because of exchange rates, local taxes and price rounding. The exact price in your currency, including taxes, is shown in the store before you confirm the purchase.
- We do not bill you. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, by Google or Apple, under their terms.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If we offer a free trial or an introductory price, the store shows its terms before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription.
- You cancel in the store, not in the App: on Android in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions; on iOS in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; VIP stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Deleting your JustPoker account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store first.
- You can restore VIP on a new device by signing in to the same JustPoker account.
- We may change the price for future periods because of changes in taxes, store fees, exchange rates or our costs of running the Service. We will tell you in advance, as required by the store rules. The new price never applies to a period you have already paid for, and you can cancel before it applies.
8.3 Your right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA and UK)
VIP is a digital service. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the VIP
contract within 14 days of concluding it (your first
purchase), without giving any reason.
- How: send us a clear statement, for example by e-mail to wolterace@gmail.com, optionally using the model form below; or submit a request to the store: for the App Store at reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google Play through your order history. Sending it before the 14 days end is enough.
- Effect: VIP ends and you receive a refund through the store you paid, no later than 14 days after we receive your statement.
- Payment for days already used: by completing the purchase you ask us to start VIP immediately, during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, the law allows us to keep an amount proportionate to the time VIP was active before you withdrew. Where the store refunds the full price, we do not claim that amount from you.
- The right of withdrawal relates to concluding the VIP contract. Automatic renewals continue the same contract; you can stop them at any time by cancelling.
8.4 Other refunds
Apart from the right of withdrawal and your rights described in
section 12, refunds follow the refund policy of the
store you bought from. Only Apple can refund App Store purchases; for Google
Play we can refund an order ourselves. We will help you with any request
— write to wolterace@gmail.com.
9. Rules of conduct
We have zero tolerance for abusive behaviour and for objectionable
content. The content you create in the Service is your nickname, your
choice of avatar from our catalogue, emoji from our fixed set, and the text you
write in a report to us. You must not:
- Choose a nickname that is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, sexual or violent, that impersonates another person, us or AInstein, that promotes illegal activity, drugs or real-money gambling, or that advertises anything
- Harass, threaten, stalk or target another player, including through repeated emoji or repeated friend requests
- Collude with other players, share information about your cards, chip-dump, or otherwise manipulate the outcome of a hand
- Cheat, exploit bugs instead of reporting them, or use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, memory editors or packet manipulation
- Hold more than one account, or use another person's account
- Buy, sell, trade or transfer chips, tokens or accounts, or offer to do so
- Commit ad fraud (section 7)
- Send the Service anything other than what the official App sends, or attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer our systems, or try to access another player's account
- Use the Service if you are under 18, or for any unlawful purpose, or to post or send illegal content
10. Blocking, reporting and moderation
10.1 Tools you have
Every player, on every platform, can block any other player
and report them for abuse, directly from the table or from
the player's profile. Blocking hides that player from you and stops them from
viewing your statistics. A report sends the case to us with a reason and, if
you wish, a short description. To prevent misuse, the number of new reports
per player per day is limited.
10.2 How we moderate
Nicknames are checked automatically only for their format. We do not use any
automated system to decide on reports or penalties: every report is
reviewed by a person, and we act on it within 24
hours. Depending on what we find we may take no action, remove or
force a change of an offending nickname, issue a warning, restrict features,
suspend the account temporarily, or terminate it permanently. We remove
objectionable content and eject the player who provided it.
10.3 Reporting illegal content (anyone)
Anyone, including people without an account, can notify us of illegal content
in the Service by writing to wolterace@gmail.com.
Please include why you consider it illegal, the nickname and where you saw it,
your name and e-mail address, and a statement that you believe in good faith
that the notice is accurate and complete. We will confirm receipt, decide
diligently and objectively, and tell you our decision. Where information gives
rise to a suspicion of a criminal offence threatening someone's life or safety,
we inform the competent authorities.
10.4 Reasons for our decisions
If we restrict your account or your content, we tell you what we decided, on
which facts, under which rule of these Terms or which law, and how you can
challenge it, unless the law prevents us from doing so.
10.5 If you think we got it wrong
You may contest a moderation decision, or our decision not to act on your
notice, by writing to wolterace@gmail.com
within six months. A person will re-examine the case and we will send you a
reasoned reply within 14 days. You may also refer the dispute to an
out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Art. 21 of the EU Digital
Services Act, where available to you, or to a court.
10.6 Misuse of reporting
If someone frequently submits reports that are manifestly unfounded, we may,
after a warning, stop processing their reports for a reasonable period.
11. Changes to the Service
The Service is a live online game and it will change over time. We may change,
add or remove features, game rules, amounts of rewards, token costs, avatar
thresholds, the rules for bots, the AI model, mission tasks and ad placements,
only for these reasons: changes in the law or a decision of an authority or
court; security, fraud prevention or fixing errors; game balance and fairness;
adapting the Service to new devices, operating systems or store requirements;
changes made by providers we depend on (such as Google, Apple or advertising
networks); or improving the Service and adding new functions.
Changes come at no extra cost to you. If a change negatively affects your
access to or use of VIP in more than a minor way, we will tell you clearly and
in advance, and you may terminate the VIP contract free of charge within 30
days of the change; we will then refund the unused part of the period you paid
for.
12. Complaints and your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, we are liable under the law for the conformity of the
Service — both the free game and VIP — with the contract, in
particular under Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, which
implements EU Directive 2019/770. These Terms do not limit those rights.
- How to complain: write to wolterace@gmail.com with your nickname or account e-mail, a description of the problem, when it happened, and what you would like us to do.
- Our reply: within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If we do not reply in time, your complaint is deemed accepted.
- Your remedies for a lack of conformity: we first bring the Service into conformity. If that is impossible, we fail to do it within a reasonable time, the problem persists or is serious, you may, for VIP, demand a price reduction or terminate the contract and get a refund, and for the free Service terminate the contract.
- Problems with payment itself are handled by the store, but we will help you with them.
12.1 Out-of-court solutions
If we do not resolve your complaint, we will tell you whether we agree to use
an out-of-court procedure. Consumers in Poland can get free help from a
municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy
rzecznik konsumentów) and use mediation or a permanent consumer arbitration
court at a Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (WIIH).
The list of these bodies is at
polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
Consumers in other EU countries can get help from their European Consumer
Centre. Using these procedures is voluntary.
13. Duration and ending the agreement
The agreement for the Service is concluded for an indefinite period. VIP runs
for the billing periods you pay for.
- You can end the agreement at any time by deleting your account, in the App under User Center → Settings → Delete account, or on this website. Deletion is permanent and removes your chips, tokens, VIP status and progress. Cancel VIP in the store first.
- We may end the agreement with at least 30 days' notice for an important reason: if we discontinue the Service or stop offering it in your country, if a change in the law or a decision of an authority requires it, if a store or a provider we depend on makes providing it impossible, or if you have not signed in for more than 24 months.
- We may suspend or close your account with immediate effect if you seriously or repeatedly breach section 9 — for example cheating, collusion, multiple accounts, trading chips or accounts, ad fraud, harassment, illegal content, attacks on our systems, or if you are under 18. Except where the breach is serious and urgent or where the law prevents it, we will first tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
- If we end the agreement for a reason other than your breach, we refund the unused part of any VIP period you paid for. If we close your account because of your serious breach, you are not entitled to a refund for the VIP period that has already started.
14. Liability
If you are a consumer, we are liable to you in accordance with the law that
applies to you, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits that liability
— in particular for damage caused intentionally or through gross
negligence, for death or personal injury, for fraud, or for your statutory
rights described in section 12.
We are not responsible for things outside our control, such as: the services
of Google, Apple and advertising networks, including the content of ads; your
device, operating system or internet connection; or unavoidable events such as
wide-scale outages of our hosting providers. Because chips, tokens and avatars
have no monetary value, their loss does not in itself cause you financial
damage.
If you use the Service other than as a consumer, our total liability is
limited to the amount you paid for VIP in the 12 months before the event, and
we are not liable for lost profits, except for damage caused intentionally.
15. Apple and Google
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Your licence is limited to using the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where available.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are our responsibility.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the App or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Questions, complaints or claims about the App should be sent to us at the address in section 19.
- You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App, for example your mobile network or internet provider's terms.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept them Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, Google is not a party to these
Terms and is not responsible for the App. Your purchases through Google Play
are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
16. Your personal data
How we process personal data is described in our
Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms only for an important reason: a change in the law or
a decision of an authority or court; a change to the Service made in line with
section 11; new requirements of Google or Apple;
security or fraud prevention; or to make the Terms clearer without changing
your rights.
We will publish the new version here with a new date and notify you in the App
at least 15 days before it takes effect. A shorter period may
apply only where the law requires an immediate change. If you do not accept
the change, you may end the agreement by deleting your account before the
change takes effect, free of charge; if you do not, the new Terms apply from
their effective date. Changes never apply retroactively.
18. Law and courts
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the
protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you have your habitual
residence. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your
country of residence or in Poland; we may bring proceedings against you only
in the courts of your country of residence. If a provision of these Terms is
found invalid, the rest of the Terms remain in force.
